As an avid traveler who has been sidelined this past year, one of the things I have missed the most is getting in a workout while exploring the destinations that I visit. Whether it’s a hike up a mountain trail, a jog on a tropical beach, or just a brisk walk through the streets of a far away City, travel and exercise have always gone hand in hand to me. Not being able to travel and get outdoors as much has led me to be less active than I’d like lately. So, when I was offered the opportunity to try Silver&Fit International Series online exercise classes, I literally jumped at the chance! The best part about the classes? The International workouts are filmed in beautiful destinations across the globe! I’m able to stay fit and satisfy my wanderlust at the same time.

The Silver&Fit program is one of the nation’s leading healthy aging and exercise programs. A variety of free classes are offered daily on Silver&Fit’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, with nine of them streamed live each day six days per week. (you do not have to take them live though, they’re still available to take anytime after broadcast) There’s also a daily International class that whisks participants away to dreamy destinations. The classes are open to the public and appropriate for people of all fitness levels. There truly is Something for Everyone®! I recently took a Cardio and Strength training class while enjoying a gorgeous view of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I enjoyed the class so much that I decided to take another (local) class later in the day and worked on my Balance and Flexibility with Amelia Island on the south coast of Florida as the backdrop. The instructors were cheerful, motivating, (shout out to Staci and Denise!) and provided clear instructions. Exercise modifications were offered throughout the classes to accommodate any fitness level.  While I’m not “silver’ just yet (so far I’ve kept it at bay with hair color but having three teenagers at home is making that increasingly difficult, if you know what I mean) I do my best to stay active whether I’m at home or on the road. It’s been a challenge for me to be consistent but, the classes were just what I needed to kickstart myself back into a regular workout program. I got a great workout and, at the same time, felt like I was escaping on a mini vacation! And, when it’s safe to travel again, I can take the classes remotely no matter where in the world I am.

Susan wow when Carissa told me you were doing something like this I had no idea. We have a lady on our team who has a love cooking show and she wears her Savvi cloths while she is cooking live and she personally sells so many cloths now and is doing so well just by having that following. It’s seems so simple you would have that same success with your following.
