Graco Little Lounger™ ~ A Must Have For Your Little Bundle!

One of the things that used to drive me crazy when my kids were babies was having so many different pieces of baby apparatus. Each one was needed since they all did separate things..baby soothing things. There was the bassinet, the rocker, the bouncy seat, the high chair..etc.  Not only did all of that equipment take up a lot of space but it was expensive too.  Well, listen up parents, you’re in luck because Graco has come out with a fantastic new 2 in one product called the Little Lounger™.

Serving as both a rocking seat and a vibrating lounger, the Little Lounger™  is a great multi purpose space saver that will keep your baby lounging in luxury!  All I have to say is “Where were you Little Lounger when I needed you?” (as I shake my fist toward the heavens while I look into the sea of baby products in my basement) Seriously though, the Little Lounger™  is a must have for your little one!

I was invited by Graco to attend an event that introduced the Little Lounger™  to an audience of  Moms in my area.  Although I am past the baby stage with my kids, I still have friends and family that have or are having babies and I’m often asked my advice on baby gear. ( I guess when you have 4 kids you qualify as some sort of  baby wizard..which I kind of like the sound of…baby wizard, yes….take that Harry Potter!)

I was interested to learn about the Little Lounger because I have used and loved Graco products with all of my children. Truth be told I still can’t part with some of them and my youngest is SEVEN years old now! The Little Lounger is easy to assemble (see video below) and switches from a calming rocking seat mode to a 2-speed vibrating lounger with a quick flip of the Rock Locks™, which keep the rocker stationary. Your baby is safe and secure in a 3 point harness, comfortable in the multiple position reclining seat, and entertained with a toy bar.

The wonderful people at Graco had a chef on hand to show us Moms some quick, easy, and delicious recipes we could whip up while the wee one is rocking and resting. My favorite dish that was prepared was the Maple Pecan Salmon, I actually made it the following day it was THAT good and so so simple to make. Here’s the recipe;  ( baby gear advice & a quick dinner idea??!! Yup..that’s how I roll..you’re welcome 😉

 

Maple Pecan Salmon
Recipe by Chef Antonetta
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 ponds salmon
1 cup chopped roasted pecans

Directions
In a small bowl mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with maple syrup mixture and pecans. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, turning once.
preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until salmon can be flaked with a fork.
